Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $35 - $40/hr (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager I / Implementation Specialist Lead to support client onboarding, account implementation, and team coordination within a regulated diagnostics environment. This role focuses on execution excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support of government and enterprise clients.
The role acts as a lead and escalation point for the Implementation team, supporting workflow optimization, data accuracy, training coordination, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Account Management
Execute new account setups and post-implementation updates across internal systems and databases
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client data and documentation
Assign and direct work to Implementation team members and assist with account administration as needed
Identify and recommend improvements to implementation processes while adhering to quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain accurate client records
Customer Onboarding & Training
Coordinate scheduling and staffing of daily system demonstrations and client training sessions
Deliver customer training when required due to staffing or coverage needs
Assess training effectiveness and develop metrics to measure onboarding success
Team Leadership & Issue Management
Monitor team performance, productivity, and metrics; report results to leadership
Act as an escalation resource for team questions, issues, and workflow challenges
Identify, document, and resolve implementation-related problems
Support continuous improvement initiatives across onboarding and account management workflows
Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned to support implementation and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
3–5 years of people leadership or direct supervisory experience
Strong customer service mindset and experience working within corporate environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a positive, collaborative attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Salesforce CRM familiarity preferred
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environments a plus
