Rate: $50 – $60/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the Global Commercial Excellence team within our client's Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Disease business unit. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance commercial operations, optimize sales performance, and implement strategic tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to partner effectively across global functions such as Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and on-time delivery.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Support the design and development of continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen commercial processes and decision-making.

  • Host and lead project meetings with stakeholders to drive alignment, track progress, and ensure proactive risk mitigation.

  • Facilitate change management across the commercial organization to enable successful implementation of new strategies and tools.

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and performance reporting to senior leadership.

  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports summarizing project impact and progress.

  • Establish and track Project KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related discipline.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling and interpreting large datasets.

  • High organizational capability with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts within a commercial or operational environment.

  • Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences industry preferred.
