  • Build and manage technical roadmaps, system documentation, and application health reviews.
  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and outsourced technical staff to maintain high system integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Lead software lifecycle management, including development, release, and documentation processes.
  • Oversee integration strategy and troubleshooting, with a strong dependency on MuleSoft for system connectivity.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure cross-platform functionality and support complex Field Service business use cases.
  • Ensure compliance with internal architecture standards, update design artifacts, and contribute to the technology roadmap.
  • Lead knowledge transfer, mentorship, and support training of new team members as part of long-term insourcing strategy.

Technical Requirements:

  • Fluent in APEX coding and code review
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service and associated configuration/integration models.
  • Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs and integration using MuleSoft
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or architecture

  • Familiarity with legacy systems and modern computing architectures
  • Experience managing technology costs and evaluating platform effectiveness

  • Excellent written documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working in or managing Agile DevOps teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the utility or energy sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
