Position Summary:

Executes the delivery of employee relations services to provide a single point of contact for efficiently delivering expert-level support across multiple businesses and/or countries. Responsible for both proactive and responsive approaches to ER issues to support a positive workplace environment. Ensures full compliance with applicable country laws, regulations, company policies, and practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees, and HR partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead investigations into employee relations issues and ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential ER data in both system and paper files.
  • Deliver services in accordance with the Employee Relations Service Level Agreement.
  • Define, lead, and manage employee relations projects independently.
  • Provide training related to ER policies and practices to business units.
  • Resolve ER cases independently, escalating only the most complex situations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of ER policies and procedures.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop solutions balancing legal, business, and employee needs.
  • Identify critical factors in complex cases, recommend action plans, and evaluate alternatives.
  • Apply project management tools to organize ER initiatives, manage risks, and plan contingencies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proven ability to handle complex ER issues and investigations
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skill
  • Experience working across diverse teams or international environments is a plus
