Rate: $70 - $80/hour
Contract Type: W-2 Only (No C2C or Visa Sponsorships)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support a Time and Attendance modernization project within the utilities sector. This role will focus on coordinating and executing high-volume, instructor-led training sessions for field-based employees. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and logistical planning skills, with experience supporting enterprise-wide training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute instructor-led training programs across a wide field-based workforce.
- Serve as the primary liaison between training teams, scheduling staff, and field operations.
- Manage training logistics, track attendance, and ensure timely communication with participants.
- Support calendar and resource management for multiple concurrent training sessions.
- Maintain training documentation and assist with reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT to ensure a smooth training rollout.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with the Workday Time and Attendance system deployment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the utilities industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating training efforts for large-scale, field-based populations.
- Familiarity with Workday Time and Attendance is a plus.
- Demonstrated success managing complex scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills are essential.
