Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Process Analyst (Contract)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
Contract Duration: 90 days (with potential extension)
Reports To: ERP Project Manager
Compensation: $70–$80/hour (1099)


Project Overview

As part of its ERP modernization initiative, our client is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Process Analyst to map and assess current HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Recruiting workflows. This role will support vendor selection and provide essential insights into system capabilities needed to improve PCI’s HR and talent systems. Work is fully remote, and deliverables will support the future implementation of a single-vendor ERP solution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews with HR, recruiting, and benefits stakeholders to document existing workflows
  • Map out processes related to onboarding/offboarding, time and attendance, benefits administration, performance management, and recruitment
  • Highlight inefficiencies and gaps in the current toolset
  • Support creation of business requirements for HCM and ATS platforms
  • Provide documentation to support vendor evaluation, demos, and system selection
  • Partner with the ERP Project Manager to deliver findings and recommendations

 
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruiting, or HRIS/ATS system support
  • Proficiency in documenting workflows and translating stakeholder input into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Namely, UKG, or JazzHR
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting ERP implementations in public sector or nonprofit environments
  • Background in compliance tracking, talent lifecycle documentation, or HR analytics
  • Experience contributing to vendor selection or RFP development
