Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MLR Project Manager to join our client's Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team. This role will collaborate closely with marketing operations, legal, regulatory, and quality teams to efficiently manage the lifecycle of global marketing materials through the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and traffic global marketing materials daily alongside the Operations Specialist.

• Prioritize, track, and escalate assets as needed throughout the MLR review lifecycle.

• Ensure timely and accurate status updates across all marketing assets.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and occasionally with senior leadership.

• Maintain workflow visibility and process efficiency across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of project or coordination experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and manage assets and projects.

• Highly detail-oriented with proven coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with MLR or cross-functional teams including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory.

• Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical device, pharma).

• Familiarity with taxonomy/metadata development or compliance.
