We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Recruiter to join our remote team and help drive business growth through successful candidate placements and contract acquisition. Position Summary:

As a Talent Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers. You will also play a critical role in identifying new contract opportunities with clients. This role is commission-only and best suited for someone with a hunter mindset and a track record of recruiting success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including intake calls, resume submittals, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Identify and pursue contract staffing opportunities by reaching out to client decision-makers, MSP programs, or RFP channels.

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.

  • Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact through placement.

  • Track recruiting metrics, submittals, and commissions using internal tools and documentation processes.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruiting (staffing or consulting industries preferred).

  • Proven ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable working on commission-only basis; success-driven and self-motivated.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-only role. Payouts are based on successful candidate placements and/or sourcing contract opportunities that lead to signed deals. Commission rates will be competitive and discussed during the interview process.
