Location: Lake Forest, IL (On-site)

Rate: $22/hr - $23.50/hr

Contract Duration: 1 Year (with possible extensions)

Contract Type: W2 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorships, C2C, or 1099)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Implementation Specialist to join our diagnostics team in Lake Forest, IL. This role provides administrative, analytical, and procedural support to internal and external customers, specifically supporting the Contracts and Pricing Department. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role primarily focused on the accurate and timely processing of sales contracts in the Model N system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and implement sales contracts (reagents and service) into Model N via manual entry or quote import.

  • Audit sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to implementation.

  • Analyze contract modifications and assess risks that could impact the organization.

  • Identify and resolve contract conflicts efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and personnel at various levels to execute contract strategy.

  • Provide support and data to the sales team related to pricing and contracting policies.

  • Maintain accurate reporting through ongoing database maintenance.

  • Contribute to the updating and documentation of departmental SOPs.

  • Meet critical deadlines and communicate contract status to clients, management, and sales partners.

  • Maintain awareness of the quality implications and risks of job-related errors or device defects.

  • Exhibit professional conduct and maintain compliance with all internal policies.

  • Perform other tasks as required to support department goals and business needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial sales contracting.

  • Experience with Model N system strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience in contract administration within the biotech, healthcare, or sales industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Customer service mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience with SAP, CMS Next, or other contract management tools is a plus.

  • Self-starter with ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
