Job Description
We are seeking, for our client, a highly experienced Senior Training Specialist to design and conduct comprehensive company training programs that support our organizational objectives. This role is critical to developing and enhancing our learning initiatives and requires a deep understanding of human learning concepts, project management, and effective communication across diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Design & Delivery:
- Design and conduct training programs that meet defined learning needs and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate group processes in diverse settings to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
Project Management:
- Leverage project management experience to design initial training plans and enhance existing programs.
- Lead and direct the work of others, managing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations effectively.
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
- Work closely with management to define organizational objectives and design courses and learning interventions to meet those goals.
- Ensure training interventions are aligned with business needs and drive improvements in performance.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for training programs, including curricula, session plans, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on training outcomes and project status.
Continuous Improvement:
- Apply extensive experience and judgment to continuously enhance training processes and achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a learning-related or closely related discipline (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Management) or equivalent practical and transferable experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning interventions in a corporate environment.
- Proven project management experience, ideally with experience leading training projects and plan enhancements.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in designing learning interventions and facilitating group training sessions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
