ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to advise clients on high-impact strategic analysis, business transformation, market insights, and strategic execution initiatives.

The consultant will work directly with senior client stakeholders to structure complex business questions, analyze market and organizational data, develop strategic recommendations, and translate findings into clear, executive-ready presentations and actionable implementation plans.

This role requires a consultant who can move seamlessly from analysis → insight → recommendation → executive communication.

CORE CONSULTING CAPABILITIES

  • Strategy & Market Intelligence — Market assessment, competitive analysis, strategic synthesis, and opportunity identification
  • Executive Advisory — C-suite communication, senior stakeholder engagement, executive storytelling, and recommendation development
  • Transformation & Strategic Execution — Operating models, implementation roadmaps, governance, performance management, and change
  • Analytical Problem Solving — Quantitative and qualitative analysis, hypothesis development, Excel modeling, and insight generation
  • Client & Engagement Leadership — Workstream leadership, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and end-to-end engagement delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements from problem definition and hypothesis development through analysis, recommendation, and implementation planning.
  • Assess market, operational, organizational, and technology-related challenges within healthcare and life sciences environments.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic implications.
  • Translate complex findings into concise, actionable recommendations that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Develop polished, executive-ready presentations, and strategic frameworks.
  • Present findings and recommendations confidently to C-suite, Board, and senior leadership audiences.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems, develop analytical approaches, and determine the most relevant data and evidence required to support recommendations.
  • Lead client workstreams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and advance strategic priorities.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps, governance structures, KPIs, milestones, and accountability mechanisms to translate strategy into execution.
  • Identify emerging risks, dependencies, and barriers to implementation and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Manage engagement quality, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of consulting excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing independent perspective, structured thinking, and actionable recommendations to complex business challenges.

CONSULTING QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of management consulting (big 4 preference), strategy, or strategic advisory experience.
  • Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry...).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and presenting recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, analytical, and business judgment capabilities.
  • Ability to convert analysis into compelling executive narratives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client workstreams, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining consulting-quality deliverables and client relationships.
  • Experience working with distributed and senior client teams in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
